This was a terrible experience and I’d not give them the lowest review since I had my overlook on my part. They reached me through WeChat in advance but I ignored the messages and would like to connect them on arrival. They are perhaps just several high storied apartments on lease with no front office on the street. I tried to reach them through WeChat but only got response after 90 minutes. Called their listed phone number multiple times and nobody picked the phone, and it turned out they didn’t have international phone connection that was why my call using international roaming never went through. What should we do? We wondered at the address and asked a lot of people including the police but nobody knew their name. I had to book another hotel across the street by cash to get some necessary resting after a long flight. Book and Bed promised no charge since I never checked in but Expedia has no place for me to apply for a refund except an AI agent that is not helping at all. This gives me a lesson that never book a hotel that has no front office or a well known name.
