「職員服務有禮和熱誠，地方寬敞，又有泳池，只是水温比較凍，所以只能游一陣，大致舒適開心，如有免費shuttle bus 去機場就更方便。」

「There were renovations happening from 9am-6pm so can get very noisy. I was not able to sleep in or return to the hotel during the day, which is unfortunate as I didn’t get to enjoy the room. The renovated rooms are nice but lobby area is a bit dated. Location is excellent and will stay again after renovation.」

「I like the river view of my room and this is my 2nd time visit in 2026. Deeply appreciate for the birthday cake and roses from the hotel.」

The breakfast buffet was a bit manic but it was probably more to do with the fact that so many flights have been canceled and the hotel was completely full we really enjoyed our stay would highly recommend paying a little extra for the tower rooms request floors 21 to 26 in room 65 which has a direct view of the pearl Tower simply amazing! Soak in the bathtub and take in the Bund by night and the Pearl Tower directly in front of you. fantastic ...
