"位置就近運河，不過由JR小樽站行都好方便，一條直路，係落雪難行少少，同埋酒店附近都有便利店，所以都不錯。 房間空間都可以，窗邊都有足夠空間開兩個大喼。 浴場唔算大，不過好彩人唔多就無所謂，人多時都應該會有啲逼。 整體都值得一住的。"

"我們2個人2間房,來沖一間新開不足一年的酒店,這店位置不錯,到小樽出拔小路及小樽運河步行5分鐘,到堺町本通步行10分鐘,附近有便利店及餐館,不愁吃,服務方其實不錯,但可能新的關係,員工有點不太熟練,希望你們加油,未來會更好,房間比一般日本酒店來說是很大很寬敞,因為新開業真的很潔淨,洗手間沒有異味,抽氣强勁,所有設備都很新,唯一不好的是空調不能調校冷暖模式,真的很乾燥時只有關空調一法.早餐是自助餐,食物選擇足夠,味道就每個人口味不同,不作評論,餐廳明亮,座位不擠擁,這些都是值得加分,如果自駕游,酒店車位有限,先到先得,還好有連攜停車場,每日800日圓,最後這間酒店是值得推薦的."

"I like the two room design, with independent shower rooms. Love the kitchen and the living room, very comfortable. The biggest selling point of the very expensive room rate was the view of Mt. Yotei. But there's a high rise building standing in the very middle of the view, blocking almost 40% of Mt. Yotei view from our room. The room rate was not worth it. Also soundproof was bad too. I could hear clearly how loud the people on the street were at 1am."
