"A perfect spot to stay if you are visiting Estes Park! Sitting on a great location on the Fall River, you get serenity, great restaurant on the property, sliding glass doors in your room, all of this within a mile of downtown Estes! The walking/bike trail next to the property was excellent! Highly recommend!"

"The Appenzell Inn was amazing! The room was perfect. The firepits, s'more's, pool, all were a huge hit with our kids. The seating and the views outside, perfect."

"I really enjoyed staying at this Lodge. It had everything I needed for a nice stay. The breakfast was next level with eggs and sausage along with the usual breakfast items of oatmeal, bagels, muffins, whole fruit, coffee, juices and waffles. Another thing I liked was that they had hydration packets for our water, nice touch especially in a high attitude. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. Tho the lodge didn't have anything to do with this we watched the may Elks graze from the grass in front of our room, amazing site. We would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated having coffee and a refrigerator in the room. My second floor room had windows that faced the front and rear of the property and the views were nice. I enjoyed seeing elk right outside the window. The breakfast was ok - quite a few choices; yogurt, juice, cereal, pastries, toast, biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs & apples. The biggest disappointment was the condition of the outside of the building. It gave me a little bit of a negative first impression. The paint was worn, as were the carpets on the walkways. The cement and asphalt were lumpy, making it somewhat difficult to walk safely. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would stay again."

"A jewel at the gate of RMNP. I loved the peacefulness of this place, I loved the little outdoor area. They have a great common area as well. The contactless check in went smoothe, codes worked, everything you could need is supplied. Will stay again! Their staff is kind and helpful. I stayed in the king suite."
