「Hotel reopened two days prior to our stay. Barry, the property owner, greeted us upon our arrival and explained that there was everything we may need in the lobby: coffee, tea, water, snacks etc. Our room and king sized bed was very comfortable. Loved the bathroom with free standing soaking tub. The view of the Hudson River from our balcony was spectacular. Wish we had a clearer night to see sunset over the Hudson. 「The entire place smelled like marijuana, cigarette smoke, or fragrance to try and cover up the other smells. They are using the hotel for over flow of section 8 housing so there are homeless people all around the property and in the hotel. There were people doing drugs outside the hotel and no staff member did anything about it. I did not stay and asked for a refund where the staff was very dismissive. I ended up getting a refund from Expedia. I would not recommend this facility and do not...

「The room was $250. The description was 'motel-like', but was more like Motel 6-like. OK, the room was dreary, but the bathroom was horrible. The sink and tub area were water damaged and moldy. The exhaust fan was clogged with dust and the shower curtain was torn. And there were ant traps under the horrible sink cabinet tossed in near the hair dryer. Oh, yeah...the coffee machine, which was stuck in the closet, did not work.」
