"Thoroughly enjoyable few days. The hotel is quite unique, full of charm and in a very good location. Loved having a late drink in the piano bar after a full day exploring. Our room was ready so made available to us before check in time. We were given a complementary bottle of cave on day of arrival. Would definitely return. "

"It was Dia de Andalusía and I was suffering from a bad cold and jet lag when I arrived. Sara at the front desk was especially helpful at directing me to the most convenient resources like a pharmacy and cafes with healthy meals that were still open on the national holiday. She helped me plan getting a train ticket, and watched my bags and called for my taxi to arrive just when I would finish eating a late breakfast next door. I felt taken care of. The location close to the parks and train stayion was excellent. "

"This hotel really went over our expectations, it is a beautiful property, the rooms are super spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms are huge with bathtubs just like it shows in the pictures. The staff was extremely helpful and nice they even brought a crib with a toy and a little toiletries for baby since we were with a 6mo old. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again !!! "
