「TERRIBLE experience. The security did not allow us to get onto the property without a room number. The owner of the property never picked up their phone and we called them hundreds of times. Was then stuck in a foreign country in the middle of the night trying to find a place to sleep..」
「The property was thirty minutes from the location on the map in the listing. Rather than walking on foot into Ocho Rios we had to drive 30 minutes each way! The pool and gym in front of the house were nice.」
「Very nice property. I could see the distance for one of the bedroom. Very setup and good management who delivered a good experience. The manage was so cool she took out kids to the store when we arrived.」
「Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!」

Security on site so definitely feel safe.
You do need transportation if you do decide to stay at the villas.
Communication was available 24/7 if you needed any assistance.
Would recommend and come to this property again , as this is my second time staying at Richmond Hill Estate Villas !!
