This was an excellent place to take the grandchildren on their spring break! The staff was friendly and efficient, from the front desk, maid service, waterworks staff, etc., all was excellent! The rooms were clean and the amenities were supplied! We will return!

Edgewater Hotel - Gatlinburg
Hotel was old....but in a good location. Water pressure was terrible in the shower and the mattresses were very uncomfortable as were the pillows provided. Country Cascades Waterpark Resort
