"The hotel is nice but it would be even better if the facilities were improved especially the air conditioning and cleanliness. What I liked most is safety, the ease of booking Grab, nearby to the Malls, KL Sentral other places to must go, and staff are accomodating and kind. "

"Overall a decent hotel, friendly staff, great location (for amenities) and pretty clean with spacious rooms. Right next to a main road so if you had a road side view, you may experience a lot of noise. Can’t be helped by the hotel but part of the issue was the window (not shutting all the way). Id stay again if washing was included and a change of room, I just couldn’t be bothered to ask for a change. "
