Reception staff was very obliging when I asked to stay longer in the room as my plane was 23.20 from KLIA to London. Most hotels will charge for having extension and this place they are quite relax with us. We love the eateries round the hotel and is a good stop from the airport.

Right next to mall and convenient to amenities. Good for stay over. The staff are brilliant. Slow moving water in face basin. Made a call and resolved with no drama - thumbs up. Breakfast spread a little disappointing and can be better.

Nice gestures

The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. As we had a early departure, the kitchen went out of their way to provide a takeaway breakfast bag for us. That was certainly a nice gesture!

Room has enough space and clean. Shower supplies rich water flow with comfortable warm temperature this is quite nice. one of four elevators had a trouble on 9F. The door couldn't be opened. A bit difficult to catch taxi at the hotel.

쇼핑센타가 같이 있어 지내는데는 편했으나 기본적으로 침대가 불편했으며 청소가 마음에 안들었습니다. 수건이나 침대의 청결상태가 좀더 깨끗했으면 좋겠습니다.

여기 별로에요.

곳곳에 금연이라고 되어있었지만 방안에 처음들어갔을때 담배냄새가 너무 심했고 조식은 아무도 안먹을것 같다. 너무 맛없다. 평범한 빵도 눅눅하고 딱딱하고 대체로 많아 낡은 호텔
