In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. 「The front desk staff was NOT friendly and helpful! No smile all the time especially the young girl! Overcharged my room at checkout though had reconfirmed price one night before! No one manned the Conceige desk at time of checkout and wanted to get a taxi to airport. We waited with 2 big baggages at entrance of hotel but taxis just passed by and did not stop for us.
