酒店位置距離地鐵425會賢站有距離，可步行到424明洞站約10分鐘，步行133首爾站時間相約，但不建議，因途中路較靜，有露宿者。雙人房間大小還可以，不算太小，但沒有浴缸。今次Expedia 訂房令我最不滿的是：本人在訂房時已要求連續5晚入住雙床房，確認信亦有清楚列明，到check in 當天，酒店告訴沒有雙床房可以提供，因為酒店該天滿房，酒店告知亦沒有收到住客要求，所以沒有預留房，經過一番掙論，最終我們被安排兩天后換房。事後我亦有跟Expedia 的旅游顧問查詢，他們只是告訴已將有關訊息發送到酒店，而酒店收到與否，是乎酒店一方，還提議我們日後可以跟酒店再確認.☹️

地點都好方便，只是有一点不滿意是要求了吸煙房，但check in果陣話全酒店豪華房只有二間吸煙房，不能安排吸煙房，老實說全酒店得二間我就不相信啦，態度都不親切！！！

Second time stay
Good: Location is very convenience, close to subway, restaurant and coffee shop nearby, walking distance to main shopping area, front desk staff and concierge are nice and professional, room is tidy, executive lounge staff are nice and food is delicious though not too many choices. Bad: housekeeping staff very unprofessional, no refill of the used bathroom utilities, I left the room at 9am with the clean up light on and when I returned at 4pm the room stayed the same, no one make up at all.?! Worst housekeeping ever.

酒店整潔、新穎，房間寬敞舒適， 早餐提供食物種類很多，而且美味，餐廳環境舒適； 酒店位置一般，不鄰近地鐵出口，需要步行去明洞才有商店；但附近都有一些餐廳，不用擔心找不到用餐的地方。

房間乾淨整潔，不過房間有點小沒有浴缸。不能拉開窗簾因為剛好面對對面辦公樓一清二楚。早餐簡單種類很少服務很好，離地鐵站10分鐘如拉行李會很累。

第一次入住南大門萬怡酒店，感覺非常好。酒店坐落在方便的地方，比鄰南大門市場，15分鐘到達明洞核心區，一切十分方便。酒店人員友善，設施新。總結來講，一次很好的住宿經驗。

Bad hotel staff attitude & service - ruin the trip
Positives: The location was not bad if you take taxi; it's 3 streets away from the main metro station if you take metro. The room design and the cleanliness of the hotel were okay. Negatives: However, the service of this hotel is REALLY BAD. The staff in the counter does not willing to give us breakfast even though we have purchased for all family members. We have to negotiate with the staff for 30 minutes in the midnight when we were so tired after landing and traveling to the hotel after 12am. The waiters in the hotel restaurant were rude as well. Think deeply when you choose this hotel - because the staff will really ruin your mood. We would like to have the staff using Korean to book a tennis coach for us, but turns out they only booked a tennis court... Asking them to book taxi takes 15 minutes... And also, beware of the hawkers street food next to the hotel - they are so good to cheat tourists money for charging more - The hotel staff should have warned us (I assume we're not the first tourist facing this)!!!!!

7/20入住第一天飯店說Expedia 訂房沒有溝通好，導致我們三個人只有一張床可以睡，換一間友善房間只有一間大殘障浴室，依然沒有第三張床，很糟糕

距離明洞比較遠,每次要行十幾分鐘先到明洞或地鐵站.交通不算十分方便.如果下雨或下雪就更不方便.但服務非常之好.

這洒店位置南大門中心，食野方便，行去明洞旅遊區約7-8 分鐘，行去地鐵約12 分鐘，洒店一出去就是地下街，洒店員工英文好，有禮，主動。

这次选择南大门万豪万怡酒店，觉得是这片区的优选，不仅性价比高，而且特别方便，晚上可以看到南大门的夜色，走路能到明洞，南大门万怡很新，设备也不错，除了莲蓬头的支架故障，其他基本没毛病！床很丝滑舒适，前台服务算OK，整体来说，如果将万怡定位为四星，是非常优秀的呈现，特别在跨年夜晚，这里的价位是很具优势的！推荐可以入住

地理位置佳
酒店的禮賓部員工Jack服務很好，不厭其煩的解答我們問題。酒店的免費shuttle bus服務非常方便，省下去景點的交通費，但是從酒店開出的尾班車是下午3:30就略嫌有點早。酒店對面就是南大門市場，酒店旁邊整條都是美食街，但到了晚上就有很多大漢在路口招客去夜店消費，如果是女生晚上去感覺不太安全。
