「The room was well prepared with everything needed. The projector was a fun addition for our evening entertainment. The washing machine is in not in the unit, but in the shared management building. Driving to the location was quite an adventure for us in the heavy snow condition. We were not used to driving in snow, and the roads are narrow and snowy.」

「The owner and his family are the nicest ever. He went beyond his service and helped us arrange bento and transportation when we were in a rush to catch the train. We were overwhelmed by his warmth and the excellence service. There was a French restaurant at the hotel, and Masa san the owner was also the chef himself. The French food was authentic and delicate. Everything was just excellent. We were so impressed. Will definitely go back again. 」

「Very clean, modern hotel with excellent service from the staff. The hotel shuttle to the ski areas in Hakuba was very convenient. The hotel shuttle even picked us up when we were shopping in town and could not catch an Uber or Taxi. The service was exceptional.」
