Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Super easy to get around for eating and shopping being so close to Sendai Station. There is this amazing Italian restaurant around the corner with great food and drinks, Mia Angela. I would have loved to try the baths but sadly I have tattoos which is not accepted here. Didn’t take away from my visit as I respect the culture and understand why. My husband and I would stay there again.

Walkable Location

Parking was decently easy to reserve and pay for. The location was very central and we were able to walk to a lot of locations for the short stay we were in Sendai. The breakfast buffet was quite varied and a good price for the selection of foods they provided. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Pleasant stay in Sendai

Surprisingly good choice. Enjoyed the public bath very much. Very nice location. The room was light and comfortable. Lovely size on the bath tub.

One of the best hotels in Japan

Hotel vista is fantastic!! In a nutshell: - The location is as convenient as it gets. - The staff is super friendly and always willing to help - The washing machines accept IC cards (Suica, Icoca, etc). No need to carry change to use them. - The bed and pillows are super comfortable. I could have slept there all day! - The public bath is awesome - The rooms have their own dedicated shower and bathtub (independent from the toilet).

Near the Sendai station, easy to walk to shopping and transportation. One bed unit is quite small. 2 bed unit is large enough. Good breakfast, , Insen public bath. One thing is missing is a safe in the room. Not a big deal.

We had one night to stay in Sendai, and Hotel Vista was perfectly adequate to spend it there. Our room was Japanese-tiny, but the bathroom had a much-bigger-than-usual bathtub. Of course everything is clean, and the staff at the lobby was exceptionally nice. The wifi was fast, and they had a laundry room. I felt that the breakfast wasn’t worth the price: there are much better places to eat at at Sendai station. The good thing is that the station is very close, only a few minutes of walk from the hotel, so you can find pretty much anything in a small time.

Very good location. 5 minutes away from Sendai Station where shops, department stores, a Yodobashi, and tons of restaurants located. Room is spacious and basically clean. Shower is great. There’s hot bath on 2/F which is nice but would be nicer if the water was hotter. Staff aren’t very friendly or enthusiastic. When I checked in, I asked if the hotel has a map that shows attractions or restaurants nearby. The staff said no, and there aren’t many restaurants around. I was a bit disappointed and thought that was true. But later I found out there’s countless restaurants inside Sendai Station. The overall stay was so so. If you’re paying extra for the hot bath, I wouldn’t recommend it
