2/10 Terrible

"This was a quick overnight trip and I didn’t really need anything fancy & the price was decent. Well problem number one, came in during check-in. When checking in the front desk receptionist told me that I needed to pay an additional $10 dollars because I was not charged the full rate of the room. Secondly, they only accept deposits in cash so I had to leave and go to the bank to get a cash deposit they offer for me to use the ATM on the inside, but that was kind of sketch so I just found a bank through my GPS. Upon check-in, the curtains in the room had holes in them. The curtains weren’t fully hanging on the curtain rod. There was no TV in the room. The refrigerator was sitting on top of the counter and it leaked all over the floor all night. Typically when I stay in a hotel, I bring my own linen towels, etc. glad I did because the towels did not look clean. The linen was decent, but I still slept on top of it. There was all kind of people in and out up and down all over the property all night the room smelled like old smoke and mold and it’s just not worth it even for a quick overnight. Stay zero out of 10 do not recommend."

"Our rooms were not when we checked in at 9:30 PM . We had reservations for 2 rooms with queen beds, when we arrived the front desk advised she had a queen room read and a king room ready, I said fine Then it took forever to get keys to those rooms. Then she found another queen room however one bed hadn’t even been made, so I really don’t know if the room had been cleaned"

"From the ride from and to airport was exactly . From the Walmart runs that was a 10/10 . The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly . My family first time being in Mobile , Alabama . The property it self was just beautiful . Décor and floor was gorgeous . We really enjoy our stay , due to the weather that kept my family and there for two extra days ."

"The “hospitality “ prices for food, drinks: outrageous. I was informed breakfasts were free-not so. $15.00 for a egg sandwich? The Mobile auto fee parking ramp…the Scanner widget did not work. Where was the “kiosk” robo kept talking about. Not for this price. Holliday Inn was just next door AND free breakfast! Next time…GO Holiday Inn!!!"

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a positive impression. The main issues were with the condition of the hotel and room comfort. We had two rooms, and both had inconsistent temperatures that made it difficult to stay comfortable. In addition, the flooring throughout the hotel appeared worn and unclean, and it could benefit from a deep cleaning or replacement. Despite those concerns, I still felt it was a nice hotel overall. The excellent customer service helped make up for some of the property's shortcomings. With a few updates and improvements to maintenance, this could be an even better place to stay."
