I booked the twin room from hotel.com. But when we arrived, they told me they got the request for double room from hotel.com and there's no twin room at the day we stayed. Why this happened ?
And we added the extra bed when I made the booking from web site and paid the extra cost for this. But hotel told me the breakfast for the child is not included in the booking. I was confused because I didn't get any inform through the whole process nor the confirmation email.
Anyway, this is not a pleasant booking experience.
1. The room type is not what we booked.
2. The breakfast for the extra bed was not included and we were informed by hotel at the last moment when we checked in.
