You get what you paid for. On positive note .Was private safe and reasonably quite. Bedding clean changed sheets every day .Unit cleaned everyday . All essential shopping close by. Staff pleasant however no english speaking staff. Stayed extra night due to flight change they accomadated me. Overall pleasent and clean stay.

Not bad for the price. Lovely staff.

Rooms are spacious, but could use some facility upgrades. Definitely not soundproof rooms :p The main positive is the staff. I mainly dealt with manager Jona and receptionist Laras who both did an amazing job helping me with a smile and understanding whenever I needed help! I recommend checking out their Swiss-Belcourt website to understand the room selections better.

One of the worst hotels of my life I don’t know how to start with all that went wrong with this place. I just want to write this review in order to prevent/warn future guests from the situation I experienced. Internet wasn’t working, I had to ask 3 times in just two days in the reception and it still didn’t get fixed properly Old rooms: dirty tiles, stains in the walls, broken mirrors, broken shower, broken furniture… Dirty old towels even with a red lipstick stain that obviously they didn’t clean properly The bacon I got in my breakfast tasted like expired meat, I had to throw it away Noisy rooms, the windows are such a poor quality, that it felt like the motorcycles in the street were in my own room. Mosquitoes at the entrance, just while doing my check-in I got stung several times, they don’t have any device or substance to get them away. I informed the hotel from the very beginning about the internet problems and the day after about all the other stuff because I got fed up, and they didn’t refund me any money, just offered to pay my taxi to the airport, which is worth 4€ I felt so powerless, they told me they would inform the manager the next morning, and when they informed him he said it was already too late to complain and I couldn’t get any refund. I highly discourage people to come to this place. They don’t deserve the ratings they have and obviously the Photos don’t show their current status of decadence. It feels like a scam or a joke that they still have 3 star

I liked that it’s only a mid size property so it’s not overflowing with guests. Didn’t like that there were not and cushions for the sun lounges. Didn’t like that breakfast was delivered without covers on the food so it was cold every morning when it arrived.

Hotel was nice. Stayed on ground level with pool access. The room was pretty big. Staff were amazing and friendly. Also enjoyed the breakfast. Location wasnt too bad. You can easily catch a taxi to the main strip or even walk. The only negative would be that it was a little dirty. Bed sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. Also they dont provide and hand towels for the bathroom which we had to request and they brought to the room straight away. Overall a pleasant stay. Would stay here again.

Make yourself a favor, choose another hotel!

I have been in 3 times. This is for sure the worst hotel I´ve stay in. Booked the hotel due to the high ranking and nice pictures and the good price. The expectations was a bit high cuz of the nice pictures. It was probably nice 10 years ago. The pool is disgusting, didn´t even wet my toe to feel the temperature. Room is very dirty, old coffé stains on the cups. couch was dirty as f*ck. Pillowcases wasn´t white any more, it was gray and dirty overall. U have to order breakfast to your room. One day of total six day the breakfast was on time. but that day the pancakes wasn´t cooked through, so we had to wait 45 minutes to get new. I´ll never stay here again, even if its free. Bad location aswell. Next to a road, if you like the sound of traffic you should stay here.

Above and Beyond

Ive stayed at this location for at least 7 months. this is a wonderful accommodation. Staff are friendly, attentive, and take care of all your needs. Just ask and they will deal with whatever issue arises.

Great location

Sunset Mansion was exactly as described. The staff were helpful and even arranged my request at check in to change rooms so we could have direct pool access on ground floor. The room is everything that you need, the pool is always refreshing, and the location is perfect for anyone who wants to stay in a quiet area but is close enough to walk to Seminyak shopping, the beach or even Legian and Kuta. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Very nice place with friendly staff.

Staff are great and can't do enough for you. Short walk to Seminyak square or if you don't fancy that a short stroll to a good bar up the road. Place could do with a revamp but is clean and tidy

Great place to stay, large clean rooms, nice pool to do laps in, cafe serving free breakfast downstairs, just a short walk to a convenience store, closer yet to an Ausie sports bar! Taxi at the door to take you anywhere else. Whats not to like? I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Hotel Apt

Sunset is a very nice place good location and wonderful staff .The meals are very delicious a special thanks to Mimin and the other lady (cant remember her name ) for cooking up wonderful meals ,the staff speak English and very willing to help the swimming pool looks nice i did not go in as i was out all day and by the time i came back in it would have been to late but i did see people having fun in it . My only problem is that on Expedia the hotel said it provides car service for pickup from the airport for 250,000 ( Round trip ) but when got there I was advise to pay the driver the money and inquired if he would be taking me back to the airport when it was time to leave and showed them where they were advertising( I think they said it was a mistake ) Or something similar I did not get a chance to clarify it with the manager but i could have gotten a taxi much cheaper if i had a cab app.

New building - Good price

Probably the best NEW place you'll get in Seminyak for the price. It's an actual studio apartment (I was impressed). I like space, comfort, quiet, fresh air and a decent location. All this was satisfied for me. Will go back
