"The manager, Heidi, was very very helpful in resolving an issue with our reservation. She made everything better, upgraded our room and was gracious throughout. The room had incredible views, high quality toiletries, and plenty of room and beautifully furnished. Free and ample parking as well. The hotel restaurant has a great menu. We had the elk and bison meatloaf and it was delicious. I highly recommend a meal at the Land's End even if you do not stay there. Best food on the Spit. Drinks...

There were numerous amenities which were so appreciated after a very long drive. There was no on-sight staff but the room was ready and waiting. Would highly recommend hotel and will definitely stay again."
