Thin walls. Road is very loud if you’re staying on the road side + it’s right next to where planes take off in the water. There are people who stay there that scream at eachother until 11pm that. Decent stay for price and if you’re not in room all the time.

The rooms were fine enough. A little outdated though. We didn't have Hot Water the last day there and couldn't get ahold of anybody to remedy. Checked out without a morning shower☹️

It rests between the Homer Spit and the city of Homer. The room was clean and it was modern. It could use some sound proofing between rooms. I know way to much of my neighbors business.

Flying out for a remote job so I needed to stay down here as I live north of here and remote. Room was clean, shower pressure was good, was quiet, exactly what I needed for a one night stay. Barbie at the front desk was wonderful. Will stay again.

this property is old and needs renovatons no air conditioning and no heat in the winter that works stayed in 2 rooms was given space heater staff is rude and not accomedating. will never stay here again way over priced.

Let me start with check-in. I obviously went in the wrong door. The one I thought would be the office as it was on the front (street-facing) side. After wandering around for a bit (no signs, of course), I found the desk. I stood quietly at the desk for a bit when the man behind the desk "greeted" me with, "What do you want?" It wound up that the very nice lady who was in charge had her son working for her. It was he who couldn't be bothered to help. Not a great first impression. The room was fine--nothing special. Of everywhere we stayed, this one just blurs--I honestly can't remember one thing about it. This suggests that it was acceptable. The location was good, not within walking distance of anything, but basically half-way between town and the "Spit" that makes Homer so unique. Do I recommend it? Sure, with a bit of warning--the office is on the BACK side of the motel and there is no elevator but apparently plenty of 1st floor rooms. I hesitate to lower a rating too much based on one initial experience. The manager is truly a lovely person. I just got her son on a particularly bad day.
