「The furniture wasn't comfortable at all and the one couch was ripped and the furniture and ladder is definitely not made for heavier people. Kids running around until 2am. My kettle caught on fire... which they replaced but no apologies. Also, i booked 3 nights and after 1 night i had to show my receipt that i was there for 3 nights. Overall everything was very clean but its not a place for me for what i paid.」

「The staff, Melanie was very friendly and helpful. The room was okay, nothing special. My only complain is the bed, which is the most important part of booking a room. Right as we got in the room we checked the bed and found so much hair, the pillows smelled like someone’s sweaty head, so i asked for fresh sheets and changed it myself.」

「We had a great stay at the Best Western in Parry Sound. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit, which made a big difference. The amenities were solid and the location is fantastic perfect for exploring the area. The pool could use a bit of attention, as there was some algae along the base in a few areas. Breakfast was okay, nothing standout, but it did the job. Overall, a positive experience and we would definitely return!」
