"Lovely place. We had good fun. Great bar. Average breakfast. Good kids facilities. Ok sauna. Wonderful overall."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The common area was nice and accommodating. Luggage room had locks to secure your luggage in case you arrive early or need to depart later. The espresso machine was very very nice for us to get our drinks 24/7!! We were so happy that there's an elevator all the way to the 6th floor where our room was. The roof terrace was one flight of stairs up from there and it gave us a nice view of Old Town Bern. Highly recommend staying here. "

"The location is superb, close to the Bahnhof and many other attractions. Very walkable surrounding area. Staff are also friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend."

"Fantastic location right next to Interlaken West train station. Excellent breakfast with great-tasting food and immaculate upkeep. Modern, clean rooms, small but cleverly designed and fully soundproofed. Loved being able to open the door for fresh air with a safety barrier. Friendly staff throughout. A few NYE decorations would’ve been a nice touch, but overall I’d definitely recommend this hotel."
