「Sehr schönes Hotel, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet Top, Abendessen sehr gut. Leider hat das Restaurant nur von Freitag - Montag geöffnet. 」

「A beautiful hotel with nice and clean room, Good food in restaurant, and I like the rum steak plus the vegetables roasted with cheese However this small town is very quite, I do not recommend to stay in the room that close to Road, because there are a traffic noise I should be back again」

「The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore....

「The front desk staff were really friendly and polite, special thanks to Raphael. We could leave our bags in holding, since we arrived too early for check-in. The room was small but clean and comfortable. We had a good night of sleep in the cosy and warm room.」

「10 minutes walking from train station and city center. Quiet area. Commercial buildings around but no restaurant nearby. Friendly staff. Spacious clean room with air conditioner and elevator. Ice machine at lobby.」

「I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)」

「酒店位于丛林之中，附近有一家SPA，晚上散步看见不断有弗莱堡市民去，挺不错。 前台小伙子很热情。 餐厅有点奇葩，晚餐所有的桌子都立着预定的牌子，只好退出来。 到前台求助，服务员说没问题，当场帮我们打电话预定。 预定完过去就有座儿了。很奇怪。」
