「We received a really nice upgrade from the check-in man Jordi noticed that it was both my wife and my birthday that week and he upgraded us to a much much larger room..」

「Definition of excellence. We had two rooms for 5 nights. The staff are not only helpful but resourceful. Exactly what you would expect from Switzerland. Efficient. The shower pressure is a powerhouse. I have never met a more powerful shower. Must order the burger, but the star's the Fries that come with it. Everything at this place just works. Air condition is excellent.」

「Very spacious apartment in a great location. Close to amenities, restaurants and tourist attractions. Very clean and well equipped. Basic furnishings but everything you need. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「Prefer full buffet type of breakfast instead of semi serve type breakfast since not enough staff at peak hours. The variety of breakfast has to be upgraded to match the relative high cost of the room. However hotel location is really very convenient. No shuttle bus service to and from airport despite this is the selling point in the Hotels.com website.」
