「Top locatie」

「Good hotel, friendly staff, beautuful village. A bit hot in summer witgout air conditioning.」

Check-in rapide.

「Fantastic food and overall ambience」

「Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Ratz! Air conditioned room was very comfortable and the staff was very professional and nice. You order what you would like for the included breakfast from a form when you check in and select a breakfast time. It is all prepared accordingly when you come to the dining area at the specified time in an efficient manner for your days activities! Would definitely stay here again.」

「Günstig, Lage zentral.」

「Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic. Be warned: rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so you can easily run out of toilet paper and towels in between. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel without daily cleaning. On top of that, the hair dryer in my room didn’t work. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and I slept well each...

「Great spot to explore Baden-Baden, a 40-minute hike to the castle ruins, good amenities, and a great breakfast. Attentive staff and clean place.」
