「Great hotel and fabulous location. You may need to park in the back which may not be convenient to your room. They provide each guest with a five dollar coupon for a restaurant across the street for breakfast. The food is delicious.」

「Loved staying here and being in the heart of downtown. Nice clean rooms.」

「Very nice, very clean. Property felt new with lots of parking. Great place to stay for visits to Jerome or any of the surrounding historic sites.」

「Ok」

「The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean, beautiful view outside watch day tremendous storm during the night with bolt lightning what I didn’t care for is there’s a lot of light around the property so it was a little hard to sleep, and the refrigerator was too cold and froze our yogurt and salad that might’ve been user Air. I may have been able to turn the refrigerator down.」

「房间有点味道，卫生一般，工作人员在服务态度挺好，有免费早餐，东西比较少……」

「longer serve hours for breakfast will be better」

「I really loved the jacuzzi in the bathroom and the very large shower」

「What a unique hotel! Historical building with beautifully updated rooms. Easy self check- in. Nice, simple, but much appreciated touches…complimentary waters, coffee and pastries. Great brewery in the building. Great location too - minutes away from the Verde Valley Railroad, Jerome and lots of restaurants in Cottonwood. Friendly staff to top it all off!」

「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「very nice and clean, could us some better shower heads but that's not a biggie. overall great stay!」

「Very good experience~all my family love it!」
