Was worried when it said Motel, but we were extremely pleased. Nice laminate floors, clean white walls, nice sized rooms. Only issue was the shower head was too short. I am 5’3” and had to bend to get under it. Other than that I highly recommend this property.

Amazing views

This hotel has a beautiful patio the pool and spa are sparkly clean and has a gas grill. The VIEW of the red rock mountain when the sun is setting is amazing. Beds are comfortable, room was clean and had everything we needed for our family stay.

Great view of the Verde Valley!

Such a great place. Glad I found this place outside of the major legacy hotels. This place is a gem. Great view of the Verde Valley and Sedona hills. Close to grocery, gas stations, old town cottonwood, and near all the hot spots for the river. Only 10 mins from Sedona. The pool is clean and the bbqs are fully functional. The patio swing chair has a great view too!

Perfect location!

Great location and nice view close to things to do without the congestion of Sedona. Price very affordable and pool and hot tub a wonderful respite after a long four day backpacking hike into the desert.
