"We've stayed here twice and both times got the spa room and it was great! Good location to walk to all the shops at seaside. I also thought it was nice they offered movies, board games, and snacks at no extra charge. "
"The staff were friendly and very helpful. They had salt water taffy at the desk and that was popular with the grandkids. The breakfast provided was comparable to other hotels that have a basic continental breakfast (hard boiled eggs, biscuits/gravy…not very flavorful, cereals, 2 waffle makers, toast/bagels/muffins, juices, coffee/tea. They had fresh baked cookies every day (much appreciated). The pool was well maintained (indoor pool). The rooms (2 queen beds) were comfortable and clean. The facility is definitely an older oceanside hotel: carpet worn/ripped, plumbing is noisy (but tolerable). Location is exceptional, 2 blocks to beach, 1 block to Main Street with lots of activities & restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay at this family friendly motel."
"Front staff was great! We originally reserved one night and decided we loved the area and requested another night in the same room and they were great accepting our request. Later found my wife forgot some vital medication and requested removing the second night and they were very helpful and understanding removing the second night."
"This gets a high rating because for the price it’s a great deal. We spent under $400 a night for a room that overlooked the beach with a deck, had a kitchenette, and parking was easy. This is the second time we have stayed here, they are making improvements. I’m hoping they will keep their cost down so it remains an affordable option for families. Pros: staff friendly, location, price, fairly clean, kitchenette, parking. Cons: older building, old appliances in room, noise from the boardwalk, small pool/hottub. I would stay here again."
