「Great place for families, loved the clean rooms, pool, hot tub and the child’s play area at the back」

「There was no one there to meet us, help out or talk with. ….only a phone number to text if there was a problem. We were given a code for the front door and the key to our room was in the door to our room. Our room, #6, had a stand alone tub with a lip that was 30 inches high. We are in our late 70’s and neither of us could climb into to tub to take a shower. So we did without showers for 3 days. And there was nothing on the tub bottom to keep you from slipping. While the location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the main downtown area—the overall experience was disappointing, especially for $249.93 per night. The biggest issue was cleanliness. When we opened the bed, we found blood stains on the sheets. Housekeeping came to replace them, but the replacement sheets also had blood stains. There were also mosquitoes in the room, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The room...

「This is a very nice listing and we would stay again. We did run into issues with directions to the property- maybe because we booked third party. Check in instructions could have been clearer and there could be more kitchen utensils like tongs, a spatula, a colander, etc. I did attempt to contact the property a couple of times over the messenger service, but did not receive a response to either message.」

「The property was under construction where people where painting and all prep literally outside our door and had to stop working to move out of our doorway whenever we would leave. I had to navigate me toddler and kids down the walkway that had wet paint and sharp building materials and toxic fumes. It was terrible. The started working right outside our window at 9am—waking everyone up.」
