Spotless room and friendly staff. It was our first trip with our pup and they made everything so easy and enjoyable. At least in the off season the front desk closes for the night in the evening - something we did not know until we went to check out a game. Not the end of the world and certainly not a surprise given that it was January but would have been nice to know in advance. Other than that small detail everything was fabulous. Beds were comfy, our view was perfect.

Easy check in. Room was basic. No ability to open a window. Had sliding glass door, but no screen. Also on 1st floor with no fence. So people walking promenade were so close and could walk right into our room with it open. If we wanted some air had to leave it open and felt unsafe and not private. Bed was fine.

The bedding was super cheap and the beds were not comfortable. There were parts on the floor that was lifting up, and the room was super hot and stuffy. We had to sleep with the sliding glass door open all night just to get fresh air in the room and it was January. I don’t think we would choose to stay at this place again. When we did a search with filters, it said that this was a 9.0 and wonderful out of all the hotels in Seaside and we disagree.

Room was clean, nice having 2 bathrooms. Staff was quick when we encountered a plumbing issue. Much quieter to stay in upper floor rooms. 1st floor was noisier, especially Saturday at 6 a.m. when they roll garbage bins for pickup and return.

Staff is amazing. Had a nice conversation with Andrew upon check in. He was super nice and made check in enjoyable. Room was ready early. Very nice nice room for the price. Love that they give you salt water taffy that is such a wonderful touch. I would definitely stay here again.

The view from our Balcony was stunning! We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Pros - The front desk lady was friendly and helpful. The room was in great shape and a box fan was provided which helped keep the outside noises down. Extra blankets and pillows were stocked in the dresser. Anything you needed to make your morning coffee or reheat a meal from in town was provided in room. The jetted tubs was very clean and relaxing! Cons- Breakfast was not provided. The room needed a good dusting for all items attached to a wall. The bed was hard, yet you also sunk into it. Beware, if your bones already pop when getting out of bed, then your bones will pop when you move around on the bed after a couple hours of laying down. I'm sure if we were younger, it wouldn't have been as bad. Finally, expect a climb up stairs for your beatiful view.

A great little place to stay - within a 3-minute walk to the beach and located right on the "Prom" walk (which is well lit at night!) A 5-minute drive to get to downtown and all the shops. The room was clean and comfortable - I loved the view of the beach and the gas fireplace in the room. Very pet friendly. It was perfect for my overnight stay...if you are looking for a great location near to the beach and shopping and if you don't care about a pool, spa or gym on site, this is a great option! There are several dining options within a short drive.
