It was a clean and small cozy location. The highlight of course was the ocean view and the little deck and front yard area. I enjoyed it. The furniture could be updated to more modern style but overall it was good and clean.

I chose this property thinking since it was smaller and further away from town that it would be a peaceful weekend getaway for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary but instead we were placed in a bottom suite right on the parking lot. It was so noisy with alot of people stomping and running up the stairs and walking so loud right above us and not to mention lots of kids as well. We couldn’t even keep any of the curtains open to get some of the sunshine that came out because everybody and their mom were looking right into our suite and we even had people knocking on the door thinking that we were the main office and we even placed the privacy please notice on the outside of the door. Also kitchenette was way too tiny and fridge was too tiny and reeked of fish so we couldn’t even put our beverages in there. There was no hairdryer either so I had to wait forever for my hair to dry after my shower to be able to leave outside in the 40 degree weather. The bed was way too mushy and sunken in the middle with no support. Definitely need to rotate or replace the mattress in suite 107. The sheets smelled weird too like they’re not bleaching them when washing them. The spa tub was great except the headrests on both sides were missing the little cushions like they show on their advertisement photo. The shower didn’t have much pressure at all either.

Great location. Internet was not functional when we arrived. Had to call and have someone come out to the property in order to get it working. Walls are super thin we could hear everyone in the rooms around us.

The room was perfect! I was there for a conference and it was a convenient 10min walk to downtown along the promenade. I was also able to watch the ocean waves from the room! Check-in was easy and the room was quiet. Definitely worth staying in! I didn’t want to leave!
