「Great find at a reasonable price. We arrived after 7 pm so no staff at desk but the directions were very clear and the room was lovely and spotless. Breakfast served to room by very cheerful staff, and we ate on balcony. Not in central Rome but if you're OK with this interesting Trastevere area, I'd recommend.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Sourire. The location is great: 10-15 minutes from the Collosseum and Baths of Caracalla. The rooms were very clean (#1 priority for my wife). Breakfast was abundant, with lots of delicious desserts, and they had a couple of gluten free options (prepackaged muffins and Melba toast). No matter what time we had breakfast, there was always lots of everything. The breakfast manager Marina was amazing, very accommodating and nice, we really appreciated her hospitality,...

「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」

「飯店員工非常友善，能夠立刻幫助我解決問題。wifi非常快！飯店門口就是公車站可以直接進入市區約20 分鐘。附近沒有什麼餐廳或可以逛的地方。飯店ㄧ樓有餐廳還可以。唯一美中不足的是隔音非常差，在房間就可以聽到走廊上的人講話。房間淋浴設備明顯的當初是只顧設計上的美觀，事後才加裝乾濕分離的門，水還是會潑到外面。不懂設計師是怎麼設計的！」
