Just note that this is not a typical hotel but an apartment and so the front desk is only available at certain times of the day. Any assistance beyond that hours is promptly addressed via WhatsApp.」

「My experience at Villa Aurora Room was good. It was clean, with a spacious room and a spacious bathroom as well, perfect for two people, and a large bed. Aurora is an excellent host — very kind and always willing to help in any way she can. 「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」
