Room was clean, rugs needed shampooing, easy location right off highway we were traveling .. Breakfast was good. Staff were ok...not much for conversation but ok. I would go back.

I've stayed here before. They have done everything they can to put as little money into the amenities as possible. The continental breakfast was horrible, the coffee is weak, the rooms even though they're clean are just very subpar. The refrigerator freezer did not shut. I was disappointed since my last day was so great.

The hotel is in a great location. Its cost was very competitive with other hotels in the area!! Our rooms were very well maintained and the amenities included were beneficial. The bed wast fine, and we slept well. I'd recommend the Quality Inn of Fort Payne, AL to everyone!!

Clean room. Professional staff. Simple but good breakfast The shower pressure was up and down, and there was a lot of dirt in the corners where the bathtub meets the walls. Also, some kind of really bad smell in the hall (might have been caused by another guest), but not the room, so that was good. Otherwise would have given 5 stars because this room did exceed my expectations.
