「The Jefferson Hotel is truly a treasure. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.」

「I loved every single detail about this Graduate. A female valet parked my car, FTW. The front desk had a personal sign that told me about the human working there, the bartender shared clever life details. From the wallpaper, to the carpet and the heavy ticking striped curtains, the space felt light, witty and welcoming. Now - how do I get one of those "Pets in Room" pennants? Thank you Richmond - a most brief but delightful stay.」

「A great travel experience with a friendly and courteous staff.」

「Beautifully restored and historic property with wonderful staff and very well located.」

「Interior of the elevator could be better maintained. I am older and used to love when the elevator’s were cleaned and wiped down. These had fingerprints everywhere. Over all for a dated property the stay was good」

「warm and friendly」
