「The location to town, parking and check in were easy. Helen, the duty manager, was really accommodating and responded promptly when we needed to make a room adjustment. The premium double was relatively small, more suited for single travellers or those staying a night, 2 maximum and plan on spending most of their time out and about. The bedrooms smelled like bad body odor and carpet in both bedrooms were stained and dirty, when we arrived it was cold and we had to figure out how to use heating system. There was no binder or instructions for guests. Do not stay they do not value guests here. Very unfriendly.」

「This was a magical place to stay. I loved the standalone bath and the log burning stove. The views were incredible. I loved the touches of board games being available in the rooms and we enjoyed a game of Scrabble. The room felt like pure luxury and the taste in furniture and decor was impeccable - loved the tartan blanket company throw. We will definitely be back for a future special occasion!」
