「You will not find a more exceptional hotel in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The Palace is stunning, with 360 degree breathtaking views in every direction. 「It is a very cozy place to stay. The staffs are very nice and would give good travel recommendations. It takes 10mins walk to the station or you can take the bus for free. The room is clean and large, sufficient tools for cooking various type of dishes.」

「Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Check in and checkout were a breeze. The room was cleaned and towels replaced daily. The view from my room (as well as dining area) was stunning! The staff were very friendly and welcoming too. They also have a washer and dryer to use - dryer was a bit confusing but it all worked out! I really hope I’m lucky enough to stay here again one day! 」

「We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here...

「一切都很好，只是房間太少。這是一間小旅店，主人親切熱心，早餐咖啡好喝，在河邊環境ok ，只是房間太過細小，我們兩個24吋喼都幾乎沒有空閒打開。浴室更加細小，用浴簾沖涼極狹窄不方便，除此之外一切都很好。」

「我特意預訂了這家面向布里恩茨湖的酒店的旅館，住了兩晚。房間夠大，床和枕頭都舒適，淋浴間房很方便，應有的都有, 符合一般標準及氣味非常好的沐浴露，洗髮水和護髮素。樓下有餐廳，餐廳的擺設很可愛, 喜歡太陽可坐室外, 怕風的可坐室內, 餐廳侍應們都穿著飄零燕的山匿服飾, 舒適溫馨, 食物美味。整間旅館的設計就是典型的瑞士阿爾卑斯風格的木構房子，全部由木頭製成，卻沒有那種其他客人走過會聽到的木板噪音，非常舒適。旅館位置都算方便, 位於布里恩茨湖沿岸, 從布里恩茨車站拉著行李走20分鐘平坦路可到達.」

「A really joyful experience of stay, particularly having a delicious breakfast at the balcony of the restaurant with a beautiful scenic view. The hotel is located at the countryside but the path is safe for walking even though you do not drive. Take 20-mins walk from Interlaken West Station to hotel.」
