「this was a work trip. we booked 3 rooms for 5 nights. all 3 rooms heater was not working except the room in the bathroom. It was end Nov and temp was 2 deg c outside. text them about the non heater but no follow up. 」

「I don know how this place has a 7/10 our stay was alright the bed was good and we were able to cook meals. But there was the most horrific smell coming from the bathroom, I asked if they could fix it and they said they would. 「Not sure we'll repeat this. Idea is okay- minimal staff and a small apt with living/dining/kitchen/bedroom. The apt was dark, even with all the lights on - but the problem was the lack of staff assistance. We never got an email with instructions and codes to get the key, and staff was only there a few hours a day. We got there mid-afternoon in a snowstorm and were lucky another guest let us in to try to work out how to get a key. After that we didn't really need people, but there were weird...
