「We decided to stay here for a couple nights for the Duluth Airshow as it was nearby. It was wonderful. Staff was attentive and respectful. The room was clean and ac was working well. The beds were comfy and two types of pillows were offered (firm and soft). The only con is that the walls were a bit thin and could easily here people above us stomping around. 「We were so very happy with the comfort inn. We almost stayed an extra night. Breakfast was fantastic, the place was very clean, the room had everything we needed. The weather was so very HOT outside (99 degrees) that it was great to have the pool and hot tub to go into before bed. Staff were very helpful. Thank you to ALL.」

「A real nice jacuzzi but it took help to get hot water. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. A lot of hiking trails almost out the back door. I would recommend this place」

「The rooms we reserved were not available. Staff upgraded us to two different rooms. One room was good the other had a portable A/C unit. Upon entering the room it was 79*, fridge was brand new but still had all the packing inside yet. Hot air was coming in the window due to poor sealing around the portable A/C unit. 「The inn had no rooms with walk in showers even though it was advertised. Had to go down to the reception area to use a microwave-none in room. Bed was so high that my wife had to use a stool to get into it. There was a preset alarm on the time clock for 6AM that was not expected. When the heat was off there was a fan that cooled the room too much immediately. The tub was slippery when used for a shower.」

「Interesting hotel built in the early 1990s. There are still things visible from that era, however the hotel has been updated a bit. If you are looking for high level comfort, and luxury, this place isn't for you. But it is comfortable, and kind of cool in an old-fashioned way. Large parking area is in the back, just drive into the alley behind.」
