"Staff was very professional and accommodating. There were 13 of us traveling and some rooms had issues with the heating but they were able to resolve the issues. We were leaving before breakfast was open but they provided each of us with a few take away bags."

"Great hotel. Easy access to Venice if you don’t want to haul your luggage once in Venice. Clean hotel. Great front desk staff. Easy walk to train station on flat even surface if you are rolling luggage. Stayed here twice…at the beginning of my trip to the Dolomites and again upon my return for my flight home. Easy access to and from airport using bus. Definitely would stay here again. "

"Quaint and adorable little hotel. Pictures are very accurate. The owners are so easy to deal with. They are great with communicating and so flexible. Our flight was delayed, but they sent instructions for after hours check in. They had a stocked kitchen with yummy snacks when we arrived. Our stay was very brief, as we flew out very early the next morning, but these guys made our quick stay very smooth and convenient. "

"Lovely hotel, reception was very helpful with any questions we had. Good choice at breakfast, the rooms are modern and cleaned to a great standard daily. The location was a 10 minute walk to the bus/ tram station to get into Venice I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay"
