"I had repeated problems with the facial recognition system required to enter the building and the digital code required to enter my room. The internet also didn't work at the start of my stay, which made communication with the off-site staff, who can only be reached by text message, tricky. Though they were responsive and sought to resolve these issues, and ultimately did, I was put in a situation that was less than ideal: unable to enter the building and my room, I was stranded in the street...

Conta somente com TV e ventilador com janelas voltadas para o Hall do andar do hotel. Banheiro com box pequeno e chuveiro dando choque. Chave da porta do quarto emperrando com frequência, gerando dificuldade na abertura e fechamento. Funcionários prestam um bom atendimento e são prestativos, porém o prédio e a manutenção não ajudam.
