"I struggled a little with connecting to the internet. The floor I was on was being renovated. and the beds slid around on the floor too easily. The staff were wonderful and helpful, the room was clean. The breakfast was excellent value, and the location was very accessible to the trainstation and central bus lines."

"A very nice hotel. About a five minute walk from the train station. The restaurant downstairs is really good, albeit a little expensive. The location is wonderful. And the hotel itself was very clean and the rooms are very nice. The staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend this hotel."

"Have a great stay in this hotel! The location is walkable from train station and nearby Coop is convenient for quick purchase. Received Lucerne guest card before the stay. Room is clean. Only a minor feedback is pillow is too soft for my preference. Would stay here again"
