"Perfect location!!! It is right next to the station exit (it is a wide footbridge connecting hotel > station > Cocoon city). Downstairs, there are 3 floors of restaurants, one convenience store, and one dollar shop. The room is in very good condition. The breakfast is with wide variety, spacious seats, high quality and wide range of food!!! Super good value with services surpassing expectations!"

"Very beautiful lobby and the hot spring was fantastic! They have one outdoor hot spring pool and one indoor hot spring pool, and either a dry sauna (male) or a steam sauna (female). I did not purchase for the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The twin room is very spacious (rare gem in Japan!!!). Location is very convenient, right next to BIC CAMERA and convenient stores. "

"環境不錯樓下就有全家超商，走3分鐘就到車站，唯一的缺點就是沒有自助洗衣對於要長住的人只能靠飯店的收費洗衣服務！"

"早餐非常豐富。設施也很好。識員會一般英語，也很主動幫忙。 離downtown 有差不多四十分鐘車程，但酒店附近也有一個小商場，可解決一般購物。在旺季八潮東橫INN是非常有性價比的選擇。"

"飯店離大宮站約5分鐘步程，週邊很多餐廳及購物商場。飯店很新，房間也不小，很舒服，人員也很友善，笑容滿面，免費提供的早餐也很美味。有機會一定再來。"
