「I picked this hotel because it recieved a 6.8 "Good" rating on Expedia. It was far from good. I would have given it a 0 but that was not an option.The entire property is run down and dirty on the outside.
The room clearly had not been cleaned. Therr was residue on the toilet seat, floors, mirrors and chairs. The tub was stained. Rust on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. There was a puddle of water on the floor between the tub and toilet. A drop of water landed on my arm. I looked up and...

「Location central to restaurants. Brenda guest service was very helpful and professional. We came to Univ of Pitt graduation, she was able to accomodate us with checking in by 1pm instead of the 4pm check in time. Overall stay was great. 「The place was clean and everywhere smelled fresh. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was mediocre at best but staff kept things filled and clean. The pool is nothing special but again, it was clean in that area and well maintained. It's the perfect place when you aren't booking for amenities but booking because you need a clean, nicely maintained place to stay while you're traveling.」
