Attended a wedding at the Gideon Putnam Inn. Took about 40 minutes including heavier racetrack season traffic, so not bad at all.

If you are attending a concert at SPAC be prepared for disorder and chaos with parking and entering the venue.

We struggled a bit at the start of our hike, but the blazes on the trail were clearly marked! A great 3 mile hike-not too many hills, but the springs/geiser kept us excited to keep going!

Beautiful in winter. The whole park to ourselves. Walked the 4 mile Geyser Loop in yaktraks and boots and it was splendid. Came upon a ranger tour of the spa spring fountains and had an educated tasting that was unique to this region. Great place for snowshoes or xxc skis as well. Minutes from town by car. Parking and admission not an issue in winter. Will return in future.

Park is large with several Pavillions and bathrooms at each pavilion. Good for running.
