「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「Nice budget hotel. I’m a trucker who likes to get out of my truck one weekend a month and this was a great place with truck parking next store at the Good will. We were able to go to the beach near by and have fun shopping. The dining options were awesome too. They have a pool now which was a nice bonus that was unexpected because it says no pool online. 」

「The room was excellent, everything was new and clean. New furniture, bathroom fully modernized, new large TV, new tile flooring...everything was great! You're not getting things like bottled water in the room or breakfast, but for what you pay its an excellent value and the room is top notch and clean. Maid service daily too. 」

「ALL was great other than their pillows (super uncomfortable and flat) & they need to improve on overall appearance of rooms like the bed head board/furniture were damaged and bathroom lighting was terrible! AC were loud and turned off when your sleeping. Highly recommend to turn off the eco-motion sensors for guest comfort with the FL Heat. Overall, The staff are incredible & the service was great. 」
