NO TOOTHPASTE (but toothbrush are provided)

Didn’t receive check in guideline until we called to ask, no toothpaste, didn’t know there was hot spring pre-poured on the bathtub and we thought it was dirty water so we are so regret to drained them all out, the hotel would at least put a notice in the bathroom

広さはとても満足です。 気になった点はフルキッチンとなっていたのですが、お米を炊くのが一苦労です。 計量カップがない、炊飯器がない、米を研ぐためのボールがない、、、 あとはフライパンのふたややかんもないです。 それなりには揃っているのですが、もう少し揃っていたらいいのになぁという感じ。 多分、普段台所へ立たない方が揃えられたのかなと。 実際に家事をするとこれあったらいいのになぁがポロポロあったので、これから宿泊される方のために見直してあげてください。 あと、洗濯物の生乾き臭のような臭いも可能であれば改善してほしいです。 色々書きましたが、概ね満足です。

早く到着してしまいましたが、チェックイン対応等ありがとうございました。無料駐車場も利用させて頂き、札幌の街を十分に散策することが出来ました。お部屋の設備も完備。広めの2ドア冷蔵庫。電子レンジ。電磁調理器。エアコン、ドライヤ。調理道具類やお皿、コップ等々と…。ベットやお部屋、お風呂も広々としており、大満足でゆっくりすることが出来ました。連泊させて頂いたのですが、温泉の源泉が2日目不足するようでした。他の部屋で多く使われた為ではないかと…。バスタオルやフェイスタオル等は連泊分ご用意いただければありがたく。もしくは干せるところがあれば助かると思いました。それから、お風呂のシャワーを利用すると、「トントン」と音がすると家族が言っておりました。私は聞いていないのですが…。一度、点検されてはいかがでしょうか？近くの観光スポットや美味しい食べ物やお店をお部屋にご紹介されてはいかがでしょうか。
