Local simples mas agradável.

Local muito limpo, o pessoal atencioso, mas o apto é antigo com o piso solto na sala, a cama de casal muito pequena. Mas tem os utensílios de cozinha, apesar de não ter utilizado. Quanto o wifi, apesar de dizerem que existia, nunca funcionou, sempre estava indisponível. Para quem precisa utilizar é um problema.

No geral é bom! Cumpre o prometido

Vale reasaltar que é um predio antigo, então não espere nada luxuoso, tem poucas tomadas e as mobilias são velhas mas é bem aconchegante. Relativamente bem localizado, 15~20 minutos andando de qualquer uma das três estações de metrô próximas (Liberdade, São Joaquim e Vergueiro) E o atendimento foi muito bem feito!

Hotel bom, ótima localização, funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Problema no chuveiro que não esquentou o suficiente e elo baixo volume de água. Isso afetou a avaliação da propriedade pois São Paulo estava muito frio a época.

Hotel bem localizado com muita variedade de restaurantes, bares, comércio em geral. Região silenciosa, funcionários atenciosos. Ressalva, apenas, para o chuveiro que não esquentou o suficiente e com baixo volume de água. Não recomendo para estação fria. Isso, limitou em muito a qualidade da estadia.

A localização é a excelente, tudo essa a poucos minutos. Vale muito a pena. Atendeu minhas necessidades. O ap não era o mesmo das fotos do anúncio, era inferior, móveis mais antigos, geladeira um pouco precária, mas funcionava. Recomendaria e retornaria outras vezes.

O apartamento tem cheiro de mofo, pra quem tem alergia como eu não foi legal. O chuveiro muito bom, internet e tv a cabo ok. Senti falta de um micro-ondas. O fogao nem todas as bocas funcionam, a coifa nao funciona. As camas sao de mola , nao muito confortáveis. Roupas de cama e toalhas muito limpas. O sofá de dois lugares muito velho e deformado não da pra ficar sentado muito tempo. Geladeira ok, utensílios ok.

Com certeza um lugar para se sentir em casa!

Adoramos nossa estadia! Fomos eu e meu namorado e nos sentimos em casa, fomos muito bem recepcionados e atendidos pelos funcionários. Como sugestão seria interessante a troca de alguns equipamentos e utensílios, ter um microondas no quarto seria prático. Com certeza iremos voltar!
