"A localização é excelente, especialmente para quem vai a eventos no Allianz Parque, que fica bem próximo. Os funcionários também merecem destaque: todos muito educados, atenciosos e prestativos. O apartamento, porém, é apenas razoável e poderia receber alguns cuidados para proporcionar uma experiência mais confortável. O ponto que mais deixou a desejar foi o enxoval: lençóis e toalhas de qualidade muito ruim, desgastados e incompatíveis com o padrão esperado de uma hospedagem. O lençol não...

Não tem torradeira, liquidificador, travessas para servir, pano para enxugar louça. As fechaduras das portas super perigosas, eu e meu marido raspamos o braço a ponto de sair sangue ( quarto e banheiro super apertados)"

This caused a great deal of unnecessary stress for our family, as we were traveling and needed to leave promptly to catch a flight. The bathroom also did not appear to have been properly cleaned, as we found hair in the shower upon arrival. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and unhelpful service made our stay disappointing."
