The check-in process was not smooth. The attendant was not patient due to my lack of speaking Portuguese and even overlooked me to attend to someone who came in after me who spoke Portuguese. The room was lacking basic utensils as advertised. Microwave required an adaptor. No instructions on how to use the pool...or dispose of trash.

O Hotel Flat Osasco tem pontos positivos, como a localização e o atendimento da equipe (segurança e anfitrião), que foram simpáticos e atenciosos. Porém, a cama é dura, o chuveiro elétrico simples, e a limpeza precisa melhorar – havia pequenas aranhas no quarto. O preço foi de cerca de 20% mais baixo que hotéis de melhor qualidade, mas não compensa as limitações na estrutura e na modernização do apartamento.
