Great place

Good size room, great location as easy walking distance to a number of sights plus restaurants . Nice rooftop pool and very well equipped gym. Easy check in. Very clean.

It is well located and close to Paulista avenue. The breakfast is good. The rooms are spacious. However the building is very old and noise is everywhere as it’s not insulated at all. This is not a normal hotel as many people live there as they work in the city. The units are studio style. The building has construction work underway and you can’t take any rest. I walked downstairs and I complained couple of times to the receptionist that I paid a good price for my stay while I had other choices to book and I can’t even rest! She said she will find another room then she called me after 2 minutes saying there is no other room available but she will refund one night out of my 3 booked nights there to show courtesy!!! I haven’t received anything … The staff seems to be are very unhappy from their job and no one is trying to help out!

So the place is a little run down and could use some point and definitely some more and better furniture in the rooms. On the plus sides: location close to Avenida Paulista, restaurants, shopping etc. Try to get an upper floor if the traffic noise bothers you. Great to have a two-room suite for a family of four, plus a tiny kitchen and table with four chairs but needed a better/bigger couch for living area, maybe a couple more chairs. Great breakfast, friendly service, secure Negative: needs an update of paint and trim. Would definitely stay again. Location is fantastic!

Gostei muito do hotel: o quarto é lindo e tudo estava bem organizado. Minha única ressalva é em relação à comida do restaurante, que deixou bastante a desejar. Pedi um salmão com risoto, mas o risoto estava intragável e o salmão veio coberto com queijo gelado e de sabor desagradável, que precisei retirar para conseguir comer. Acabei comendo apenas o salmão, mais pela fome do que pela qualidade do prato. Como tinha uma reunião seguida de um evento, não consegui ligar para o restaurante e dar o feedback na hora. De toda forma, espero que possam melhorar essa parte, pois o restante da experiência foi boa.

Tudo impecável. Pertinho da Av. Paulista, silencioso, um flat com talheres, micro-ondas, geladeira, tv. Ótimo guarda-roupas. Só a cama de casal, um pouco pequena e o colchão deveria ser trocado pois está levemente afundado ao meio. O Café da manhã, abundante e com muita variedade. Tem estacionamento amplo. Recomendo !

O quarto era limpo e bem arejado. Tinha pia, micro-ondas e frigobar. Gostamos do restaurante que fica no Hotel, pedimos algumas refeições nele (almoço e janta) e eram bom custo/benefício.
