「O hotel é excelente e superou minhas expectativas. As instalações são exatamente como apresentadas nas fotos, tudo muito bem organizado, limpo e conservado. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos, atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar, resolvendo prontamente qualquer necessidade. O café da manhã é muito bom, com grande variedade de opções e produtos de qualidade. Certamente é uma ótima escolha para quem busca conforto, bom atendimento e uma estadia agradável. Recomendo!」

「Um quarto muito simples e, talvez, limpo. Parecia limpo, mas os azulejos apresentavam lascas de várias cores, o que tornava difícil saber se estavam realmente limpos.」

「Excellent accueil, la personne à l’accueil - très sympathique - nous a proposé de modifier les chambres afin qu’elles soient sur le même étage. Repas corrects mais la climatisation au restaurant est trop forte. La piscine n’est pas aussi grande que ce que suggèrent les photos. Emplacement s’est révélé assez loin des centres d’intérêt de Sao Luis. Plus in hôtel 4* qu’un 5.」

「This property need a serious upgrade. The rooms are run down and definitely in need of some maintenance. Towels were scratchy and the shower door wouldn't close all the way.」

「The place needs lots of renovations. It’s an old building. The bed had no cover, just the sheet. The towels were very thin and there were no hand towels, just one towel per guest. The TV is old and needs to be reset every time you use it. There is no restaurant available just the breakfast in the morning l, which was excellent, lots of options. I needed ice one night and the hotel staff told me there was none! I would not recommend this place.」
